Saves me time As a Chinese chef, I often julienne carrots for stir fry. This tool makes it so easy - in less than 15 seconds, i can julienne a large carrot.
Here's how you use:
Place peeled carrot flat on cutting board. Use a fork to stab one end of the carrot, hold to anchor carrot down. Now use the Oxo tool to cut long strips.
Not for hardwood floors Major design flaw: the motor blows out directly in front which makes it scatter dust and light dirt out from in front of the vacuum - making it impossible to use on hardwood and tile. I loved the lightweight of it, but it's useless to me.

A gardener's dream! This is a great product for gardeners, no assembly required. It is sturdy, easy to handle and great for sitting on while gardening or even washing/waxing your car. There is a handle which you can use to push or pull it around the yard. And, when you open the lid, surprise, there is room for storing your gardening tools complete with a removable tray to hold plants, tools or whatever you need to complete your project. All that's missing is someone to do the planting......hmmmm.....maybe hubby!!!
Cheap Junk This can opener worked fairly well when brand new, but the cutting performance quickly deteriorated. It is now more than a year old and simply will not open a can. The removable cutting assembly has frozen up and does not puncture or cut the can. This product is a waste of money at any price.
